TRISH + ALEX | TORONTO | ENGAGEMENT

 

I was so very very excited to photograph Trish and Alex’s Toronto themed engagement photos. They are the most loving and sweet couple and I couldn’t be happier for them both. Being natives of Toronto, having their photos taken in some of the most iconic backdrops was a must for them. We shot in Dundas Square, City Hall, Roy Thompson Hall, Osgoode Hall, York and Queen Streets, Osgoode Subway Station, the Eaton Centre and even capped off the shoot for a drink at Scallywags (the very place the two met!!). If you look carefully at the photo of them on York street, the sun is kissing their faces. It was so lucky to capture a moment like that.

I have known Trish since she was 16 and knew how important it was to get her photos just right. Alex and Trish really got into the photo session and made created beautiful images a breeze. A few short months later they were married at the Berkeley Church in the heart of the city.  I did not shoot the wedding because I was a part of the wedding party!
